Performance Boat Center and F3 Marina Have partnered to bring you the best boating experience in South East Florida!

• Location

  F3 Marina is located in Ft. Lauderdale, very close to the Port Ever- glades inlet, downtown and the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Restaurants and hotels are very close to the marina making F3 the ideal marina for those that fly in from outside Florida.

• The Facility

  The 240-rack facility will be only the second fully-automated drystack marina in the United States of this type. F3 Marina Fort Lauderdale will securely store boats up to 46 feet in overall length, 13-foot beams, up to 17 feet in height, and hold a wet weight up to 30,000 pounds

• Preferred Service Vendor

  The crew at PBC works closely with the crew at F3 to keep you boating. PBC will have staff at the marina 7 days per week to assist you with getting your boat in the water and ready to depart, as well as assisting you with docking upon your return.

PBC Top Shelf Program

• Waste tanks are emptied prior to your boat going into its storage rack (upon request)
• Complete wash, dry and engine flush upon your return to the marina. This complete wash includes storage compartments and bilge areas, as well as propellers being acid washed as needed.
• Boats are washed/cleaned twice per month regardless of usage
• Garbage is removed from your boat and new trash bags are put in place as needed
• Once Dry, the vessel is covered (lf covers are supplied)
• Batteries are charged regularly to maximize life
• Priority Service Scheduling for Engine Maintenance, Repairs and other services
• Boats are cleaned prior to your arrival (with 48 hour notice).
• Fresh water tanks are filled (If equipped)
